Orders are processed within 24 hours and generally ship within 24 hours after they are placed (excluding weekends). Please verify that your shipping & billing address is complete and correct during checkout. If your shipping or billing address is incorrect, your order will be delayed until we have address verification. In many instances, the shipping carriers charge an address correction fee of $10 or more if an incorrect address is given, if we are assessed an address correction fee, you will be responsible for that fee. If you place an order with an address that is incorrect and the item gets returned to our warehouse, you are responsible for the shipping charges both ways.

International Shipping: We currently cannot ship outside the United States or Canada. Please contact us with any questions.
Ground Shipping Information
All of our packages ship via ground methods. This could be one of 3 shipping methods depending on location and box size. Our carriers are US Postal Service, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Smartpost (delivered by US Postal Service). Once Shipped you will receive tracking information on your order!

How Long Will Shipping Take?
Listed below are average transit times depending on which method your item is shipped, during normal service periods. Every order will receive a tracking number that will show an exact delivery time.
  • USPS - Typically delivered between 2 and 3 days to most locations in the U.S.
  • FedEx Ground - Typically delivered Between 1 - 5 Business Days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code.
  • FedEx Smartpost - Transit Times typically 2 to 8 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. ***Depending on the final delivery address delivery times could take over the 8 business days***

Free Shipping Information
Free Shipping offer is available on Orders that meet or exceed a subtotal of $75 going to a single United States address.
Terms & Conditions of Free Shipping Offer:
1. Free shipping applies to orders that the customer agrees that entire order will be shipped at one time. If an item is on Back order, the entire order will be held until shipped in full.
2. Split shipment deliveries will incur shipping charges if they do not meet or exceed a subtotal of $75.
3. Free Shipping cannot be applied to previous purchases.
4. Only on shipments within the contiguous United States (48 states).
5. All orders will be held for full shipment. Multiple shipments, if requested, may incur additional charges.
6. Free shipping will go out through one of our standard delivery methods.

Payment Options
You can use the following payment methods when ordering:

Refund & Returns
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. If returned after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee applies. Please contact us. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number, or if they show any signs of use. Due to the nature of our products, and to prevent the spread of disease, we only accept returns if they are free of pet hair or pet related debris. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges of the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, including shipping the merchandise back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price of that item(s), minus a 20% restocking fee (if applicable). All returns must be in the original condition and packaging.

Back Orders
While our site uses real-time inventory, there are times when quantities may be off and an item you ordered is not in stock. In this instance, we will back order items. You will be notified which items are not in stock and you will have an option to hold the back order or cancel those items. If your order qualifies for free shipping, your other items will be held and all items shipped complete.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse for processing, which makes it difficult to cancel an order once placed. While we will do what we can to assist you with an order cancel request, many times it is simply not possible. If you need to cancel an order you placed, please call 1-570-871-PETS(7387) immediately so we can advise you if the order is able to be cancelled or not. If it can't be cancelled, your order can be returned by following our return policy.

Shipping Rates
MyOutdoorHound.com ships orders using standard ground service anywhere in the United States and our rates are:
Flat Rate Shipping:
All Outward Hound brand items ship at a flat shipping rate regardless of how many Items you order. Please view Our Rates for more information!
Return Policy
Return Policy:
We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. No returns may be made after 30 days.

All returned items must be clean and free of animal residue or signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please call to obtain an RMA#. Returns sent without an RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $8.99 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.
